I had the pleasure of finally meeting my mentor, Pamela Sheppard, face-to-face this week. This week marks 31 years that Pam has been in ministry!

I also had the honor of interviewing Pam and asking her a few questions about what it is like for a woman in ministry, at a time when it was not popular for a woman to not only be in ministry in a mostly male-dominated denomination, but to be in leadership as well.
